This position will work with the storeroom clerk 1, clerk 2 or supervisor to complete all shipping and receiving duties in the storeroom.
Keep the storeroom clean and organized, complete monthly inventory cycle counting and kitting of parts for work orders.
Basic Requirements:
1.
Must demonstrate advanced computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and EAM.
2.
Must be a licensed forklift operator for use in unloading and transporting materials.
3.
Must be able to work safely with minimal supervision and maintain a clean and organized work area.
4.
Must have good communication skills and be able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
5.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
6.
Must satisfy all requirements of Storeroom Clerk 2.
Job Procedures and Requirements:
1.
Servicing client stores requests.
2.
Performing part sourcing and walk-down activities.
3.
Stocking and labeling activities.
4.
Organizing inventories.
5.
Performing out shipment duties (vendor returns, repairable spares).
6.
Performing parts picking, kitting.
Staging and delivery activities.
7.
Retrieving vendor part deliveries.
8.
Performing database/storeroom reconciliation activities.
9.
Purging part staging areas.
10.
Performing system part receipt transactions.
11.
Performing receiving activities (opening boxes, checking packing slips, noting discrepancies, etc.
).
12.
Review packing slips to ensure vendor provided required information.
13.
Staging inventory for pickup by stores.
14.
Noting and communicating to Buyer shipment discrepancies, e.
g.
missing parts, incorrect quantities, damaged goods, etc.
15.
Scanning and e-mailing part packing receipts / slips to Planner (s) and Buyer(s).
16.
Attaching electronic part receipts to Purchase Orders for invoice matching.
17.
Process packing slips in Oracle and EAM.
18.
Manage any issue with received shipments (missing or damaged parts, incorrect or incomplete paperwork).
19.
Complete the monthly cycle counting activities and resolve all discrepancies.
20.
Participate on the MRO team to identify improvement/cost reduction opportunities in the storeroom.
21.
Review inventory usage to adjust stock levels for over/under stock for Inventory Optimization.
22.
Work with purchaser on expediting issues.
23.
Purging part staging areas.
24.
Cleaning.
25.
Performing storeroom cosmetic improvements.
26.
Assist Storeroom Clerk 1, Clerk 2 or Supervisor with their tasks as neede Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
